At Skin Secrets, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our beauty concierge team with your order number to start the return process.

Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original packaging; for hygiene reasons, products must be at least 75% full and securely sealed for transit.

Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return box.

Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
